Thing #6

It was fun to explore the Flikr tools and mashups. I also liked the trading cards, mosaic creator, and learning about Picasa 3 for storing photos and creating albums, etc. I wonder if we are able to use Picasa 3 for school projects. I would like to create trading cards as business cards for myself to give to parents. I did play around with trading cards but need to find just the right picture to use.

Thing #5

I had never heard of flikr before. Fun to explore the health fitness group and get some ideas for creating projects relating to health. During this exercise I enjoyed exploring other sites that popped up like "Animoto." The resources are endless! The one drawback I see using Flikr is the privacy issue. Nurses are always conscious of this. We would have to be very careful when using images of students.

Here I am at the end of a week at school! I love this picture, found on Flikr, because I have a fifteen-year-old black lab.
